In the beginning...

We are a family of four who is less than a week's time will be setting off on a once in a lifetime trip around the world.

I guess the trip around the world conversation is something everyone discusses but it never seems the right time or funds won't allow but believe me, this has not been too difficult a thing to achieve.

We first discussed this 10 years ago as a bucket list type of wishes to do together. With 14 months in the planning, we fly out on the 2nd of November for five months. Our itinerary will look something like this:

England to Singapore
Singapore to Perth, Western Australia
Perth to Cairns
Cairns to Sydney (in a campervan)
Sydney to Christchurch
Christchurch to Auckland (in a campervan/car)
Auckland to Los Angeles
Los Angeles to Dallas
Dallas to Orlando
Orlando to England
